Responsibility/工作職責(zé)：

1. Solve the production problem and equipment troubleshooting occurred during the production.
處理本車間生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中發(fā)生的生產(chǎn)問(wèn)題和設(shè)備故障問(wèn)題。
2. Be responsible for preventive maintenance and daily maintenance of equipment to ensure the efficient running of the equipment.
負(fù)責(zé)車間設(shè)備的預(yù)防性維護(hù)及日常保養(yǎng)，保證設(shè)備高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
3. Purchasing, installation and management of the equipment, and organize the operation training for all relative operators.
設(shè)備及其小零件的采購(gòu)、安裝及管理；并對(duì)生產(chǎn)操作人員進(jìn)行操作設(shè)備的培訓(xùn)。
4. Provide technical support for production and maintenance, improve the indexes of quality, scrap rate, delivery rate etc.
為生產(chǎn)和維護(hù)提供技術(shù)支持，改善生產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量，廢品率，交貨及時(shí)率等各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。
5. Be responsible for the products BOM and production process procedure and standard, improve the process and compile the operation instruction.
負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的BOM清單及生產(chǎn)工藝流程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，改善工藝并編寫(xiě)相關(guān)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)。
6. Check the product design and fixture design; accomplish the modification and installation of equipment and fixtures as per requirements.
檢查產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及夾具設(shè)計(jì)；根據(jù)工作需要完成設(shè)備、工裝夾具的改造及安裝。
7. Be responsible for cost reduction related to production process and equipment running.
負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)工藝和設(shè)備運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的成本削減。
8. Be responsible to provide related training for all kind of products include the new products or EP products, instruct the operators to finish the job with good quality and quantities.
負(fù)責(zé)員工進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)（包括新產(chǎn)品和EP產(chǎn)品），確保員工保質(zhì)保量完成任務(wù)。
9. Safety management of production site; and involve the implementation of 5S and FEM.
車間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全管理；參與執(zhí)行5S和精益活動(dòng)。
10. Accomplish the other task assigned by superior.
完成上級(jí)交待的其它任務(wù)。

Qualification/任職資格：

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering related major. *
本科學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)
2. Know mechanical assembling system and has experiences in this filed within 3 years.*
了解機(jī)械裝配系統(tǒng)并有3年以下相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Know how to use CAD software, and has essential mechanical manufacturing and drawing experience.*
了解CAD等制圖軟件，具備基本的機(jī)械制造技能和機(jī)械制圖能力
4. English communication skill in writing .*
